Does your child love to create? The Minister for Education and Early Learning, Prue Car, invites all young students to submit art for 2023's Christmas cards, under the theme of 'The Joy of Giving'.
Winning students will have their artwork featured on Christmas cards used by senior public officials including Minister Car and the Secretary of the NSW Department of Education.
Entry guidelines
For students:
- Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 from NSW public schools are eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per student.
- Artwork size to be no larger than 21cm x 30cm (A4) in a portrait or landscape layout.
For schools:
- Please email entries to mcc@det.nsw.edu.au
- Name artwork files in the format of: schoolname-firstname-lastname.png
- Each entry must have the student’s full name and school name.
Key dates
Please send entries to mcc@det.nsw.edu.au by 5pm on 1 November 2023.
Schools will be notified of winning students by 10 November 2023 and will need to compete a Permission to Publish form.
